Abstract submission

The abstract submission will open on 1 February and will close on 12 April 2019.

Abstracts of a maximum of 250 words must be submitted via e-mail to:

Please, specify in the e-mail subject the session number and the name of the first author and presenter (e.g. Session_01_Author). This is supposed to be also the name of the enclosed pdf file.

Paper submission

For those who would like to share their papers and/or presentations with other participants, we will create a private space accessible via the conference website.

As a general recommendation, papers should be in the format of a journal paper, a maximum of 8,000 words, to be sent as a pdf file, no later than 15 June 2019, to the following e-mail address:
