Il progetto intende affrontare il fenomeno, sempre più diffuso, del commissariamento della politica attraverso le amministrazioni straordinarie. Il gruppo di ricerca studierà, con gli strumenti tipici delle scienze politiche e sociali sia gli aspetti quantitativi del fenomeno (l’andamento temporale e la sua attuale consistenza) sia gli aspetti qualitativi (attraverso alcuni approfondimenti tematici su episodi di commissariamento particolarmente significativi). La ricerca si colloca dentro la riflessione sui mutamenti che riguardano le democrazie ed è strettamente intrecciata alle ipotesi teoriche che sono focalizzate sulla nozione di depoliticizzazione e sul mutamento di significato della responsabilità politica.

The project aims to tackle the increasingly widespread phenomenon of Politics under Commission. The research group will study, with the typical tools of political and social sciences, both the quantitative aspects of the phenomenon (the trend over time and its current consistency) and the qualitative aspects (through some thematic in-depth studies on particularly significant episodes of commissionership). The research is part of the reflection on the democracy changes and is closely intertwined with theoretical hypotheses focused on the notion of depoliticization and on the change in the meaning of political responsibility.
